Our Policies

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be completed. Most of the time I do get it finished faster than that but sometimes things happen out of my control (shipping delays, product defects and ect.) so please be patient. I am a one woman operation! 

If you have selected our "free pickup" option you will be responsible for picking up your items. I will contact you when they are ready and you will then be able to pick them up.  you will have 2 weeks to pick up your items. If you fail to pick them up in that two weeks without contacting us then you will be billed for shipping and the items will be sent to you. If you still fail to pick up/ pay for shipping your order will be canceled and you will only be refunded a small percentage of the total cost of your order. 

If you selected the shipping option then it is your responsibility to make sure the correct address and contact info is correct. You will receive a confirmation email when I print shipping labels with your tracking info on it. Check it periodically to follow your shipment.

We offer a 3 day return policy on jewelry as well as apparel. We must be contacted within 3 days of you receiving the item (s). Apparel must not have been worn or washed. You are responsible for return shipping costs and will be refunded when the items have been received back to One Love Design. We DO NOT offer refunds on items that have been personalized unless it was a mistake made on our behalf. Thanks.

*** With the holidays please expect a slightly longer wait time for your orders. We are NOT responsible for packages that aren't ordered in the proper amount of time to get to you by a specific deadline but we do our best to get orders filled and to you in a short amount of time. Sometimes we have to wait on product shipments as well which can sometimes be delayed. ***
